1. THE jurisdiction of the Corporation is co-extensive with the Limits of the Borough, the Limits of the boundaries of which are correctly described in the Map of the Boundary Commissioners. Borough. The borough consists of part of the parishes of St. Nicholas and St. Helen, and contains a population of about 5,300.
