When considering specific strategies for cultivating language proficiency, remember that you are guided by a theory of action: School leadership most effectively creates the learning architecture for successfully educating CLD students through integrated service delivery. Cultivating language proficiency is one of the three core components for successfully educating these students of the New Mainstream.
