ABSTRACT
This book presents a worked example of realist social theory. Chapter 2 introduced Margaret Archer's morphogenetic-morphostatic methodology and in Chapter 3 this methodology is used to direct an investigation into aspects of hospice activity. A number of appendices are referred to in this chapter. These appendices supply supporting detail and information about the study. Chapter 4 describes the results or findings of this investigation.
