ABSTRACT
We begin Chapter Six with an empirical analysis of the Uyghur lobby in Germany. Given that of the approximately 700 Uyghurs in Germany (Wüst, 2009; Federal Office for Migration and Refugees, 2009), 500 to 600 are in Munich where the WUC has its headquarters, Germany is an ideal location to examine the development of the Uyghur lobby.
