ABSTRACT
The temporal focus of this chapter, running from the conclusion of the Copenhagen COP to the time of writing, encompasses a period of rapid growth in the supply of climate finance. The 2009 COP moved climate finance to the very top of the states’ agenda. It has remained there since.
