ABSTRACT

The winds blew, the great tree fell. With broken branches, dried leaves, exposed roots—I wondered, is there hope? Just then the man came to me and said, “It can be replanted.” With a reassuring presence he continued, “When a tree like that is knocked over by such powerful winds and it is replanted, it will grow back stronger than before. You see, the roots dig down deeper to get the nourishment it needs.” And so the man replanted the tree, and just as he said, it grew back stronger than before.
