ABSTRACT
The Confucian harmony program as articulated in the Great Learning culminates with harmony in the human world, but the Confucian philosophy of harmony illustrated in Confucian classic literature extends to encompass the entire cosmos. In this chapter, I explore the Confucian ideal of harmony in the cosmos, with a focus on harmony between humanity and the natural world.
