I am not sure whether we actually have a civil society in Russia. To be honest, I think we don’t. And those organisations that declare themselves civil society, just take their wishes for reality. It is all wishful thinking. […] I do not see a civil society here, at least not today. It is not developed in our country, and maybe it is not even needed in Russia.
