ABSTRACT
In this chapter a synthesis is presented of methods and techniques available to gather the information required to assess indoor environment quality (IEQ) and explain responses by the human systems. Parameters or indicators used to explain these responses are discussed. For different fields (epidemiology, psychology, clinical medicine, toxicology and product design) research methods are presented in Chapter 5. Chapter 6 shows an overview of collection/sampling techniques that can be applied in those fields.
