Which geographic markets to pursue? When to invest in the new technology? Should we build a new facility in India? The decision may be at the operating level. How much food and beverages to purchase? When should we start to prepare the banquet? When should we install the new equipment? How many new people should we hire? How much inventory should we carry? Should we use temporary labor?
