ABSTRACT

Now we have fully elaborated our coaching model, I will focus on the scope of leadership coaching as well as the boundaries and limitations of the work we can do. This includes elaborating the complexities of working with leaders in organisations and why this requires additional skills and experience to those of the life coach.

We also consider how psychosynthesis coaching can be used by leaders directly in the way they work with their people and teams. We also look at how the approach works for internal coaches as opposed to external coaches.
