ABSTRACT
In this chapter I will pick up on some earlier themes concerning Will. Building from Chapter 4, I will look at the role of will in the existential crisis of leadership and, drawing from Chapter 8, explore how finding and activating available will is the focus of our core method of trifocal vision. Finally I will show how the psychosynthesis coach can work with leaders to develop their will.
