ABSTRACT

The end of the data collection phase signals the beginning of the feedback phase, or, as it is increasingly called, the assessment or analysis phase of a project. A feedback or assessment report for a client should be written in the client’s language and should be free of professional jargon. While a client’s first priority is having a feedback report that is thorough and complete, the client also wants the report to be concise and to the point. Issues such as the economy or politics may be of major concern to employees but of little or no relevance to the issue under consideration with the client. If the project is long and complex, consider presenting the results in several categories: first the ones that are easier and quicker to achieve, followed by ones that will take much longer to accomplish.
