ABSTRACT

There is no ‘one size fits all’! The blended-value entrepreneurial approach that is developed in this chapter juxtaposes the personalized teaching approach, such as a ‘one-on-one’ method, that may ideally fit the learner’s needs but is isolated, and thus lacks the benefits of interaction, and the class teaching approach, which is general, yet promotes the learner in social aspects. The blended-value edu-preneurial ‘package’ introduces a co-creation approach to EE through the multidisciplinary development of new methods; new participants; and a more intensive engagement of stakeholders. The personalized approach leads to the development of agile, flexible pedagogies, giving students a ‘choice and voice’ in their learning process. The case study on a venture-building company in China completes the chapter by illustrating a blended-value platform for entrepreneurs.
