ABSTRACT
As is the case throughout the world, if a person becomes ill a cure is sought. Here again, I can only speak at any length about Shona beliefs and cures, insufficient material being available to me on the Ndebele. However, Shona belief in this regard would seem to me to be very similar to those of the other Rhodesian groups.
