This is your second direction – To fortify them. To temper their steel. To make sure that, when you do need to unfold each of them, they will not break or buckle. In a word, that when needed your leadership tools are powerful enough to do the job. We will do this by offering you an optimization guide for growing your leadership strengths. Here we will first describe the reasons why leaders need to fully maximize and leverage their tools’ power. We will then show the negative implications of not fully exploiting their advantages. For example, not being a sage enough scientist or a unifying enough maestro. We will then outline and describe a user-friendly best-practices framework/map for maximizing leadership strengths. Finally, we will conclude with a personalizable checklist for doing this.
