ABSTRACT
Chapter 5 takes readers through Step 4, the final step of the scenario planning method. Readers are guided through how to identify and monitor warning signals to determine which scenario or other combination of forces may emerge, how to complement scenario planning with existing strategic planning practices, develop comprehensive recommendations or strategies to prepare for whichever scenario unfolds, and to assess the project and take onboard lessons for the next time scenario planning is undertaken.
