ABSTRACT
This chapter presents a detailed examination of an innovative entrepreneurial team’s decision making conversations in a lean startup context. Using CA, the analysis suggests that the circumstances for rapid and bold moves are highly contextualized. Routine teamwork and strategic decisions are animated by collaboration and cautious commitments. The chapter touches on the challenges of teaching dispositions such as situated humility.
