ABSTRACT
This chapter examines the interactional details of innovative entrepreneurial teams reflecting in a lean startup context. Using CA, it shows how entrepreneurial team mates transform specific concerns into manageable events through reflection in action. It also shows the verbal means by which team mates structurally organize reflection, and how they raise and attend to the problems that require reflective attention.
