Evidence demonstrates that millions of entrepreneurs come up with great ideas, but most of them fail at the execution part of the strategy. Execution depends on three fundamental areas: people, strategy and operations. Building a team with complementary skills is fundamental to ensure a successful execution process. Entrepreneurs need creativity and innovation skills. These skills can be learned and developed through experience.
