ABSTRACT
Chapter 8 deals with the climate change regime, underscoring the advances and pinpointing innovative aspects of IEL compliance. The climate change regime represents a significant example of compliance, comprising the UNFCCC (including the decisions adopted at the COPs), the Kyoto Protocol and the Paris Agreement as well as the subsequently adopted instruments and a myriad of decisions.
