ABSTRACT

Dream Sociomatrices and their various Commentaries elicit the preferences and interpretations of collectives of interviewed perspectives. Understanding a Dream Sociogram is a process of learning to interpret the relationships among elements depicted in the Dream Sociomatrix. Integral Deep Listening (IDL) emphasizes the interpretations of interviewed dream characters and the personifications of readers' life issues over their own. The general model of interpretation used by IDL is called "triangulation." It involves comparing the feedback of subjective sources of objectivity, such as interviewed emerging potentials, with external and internalized external sources of objectivity, including experts, friends, conscience and intuition, with common sense, to arrive at life decisions, action plans and an integral life practice. The author's research will take the completion of a number of Dream Sociograms to begin to piece together a picture of the likely prevalence of a particular pattern.
