ABSTRACT
Building on the concept of consistency mentioned in Chapter 1, this chapter focuses on discussing the data analysis process that is in line with the rationale of a specific qualitative method you plan to use. There are numerous qualitative methods utilized within the interpretative paradigm. In this chapter, I will be reviewing eight widely used qualitative methods – highlighting their characteristics, conditions you should meet before using an approach and steps you could take to analyze your data. This chapter sets the stage for the discussion of qualitative coding strategies in Chapter 3.
