ABSTRACT
First, documentation of fieldwork through carefully selected details is discussed, followed by the core principles and goals of action research. The example selection, “Theatre of the Oppressed with Children: A Field Experiment,” documents and evaluates a two-month residency at an elementary school by a university research team whose primary goal was to reduce bullying among fourth and fifth grade children.
