We will live longer and to finance our later years many of us will need to work well into our seventies or even eighties. At the same time, employment security is more and more unpredictable.
Learning how to develop career options is one of the most important things we can invest in for our future well-being. This strategic skill will become literally survival-critical, and should be taught by our employers as part of every person’s basic development curriculum.
