ABSTRACT
Chapter 9 defines network performance and discusses the tools and approaches to evaluate network performance. It conceptualizes network performance at multiple levels and introduces a multilevel approach to evaluate performance at organizational, network, and community levels. It also covers performance measurement tools in general along with network analysis tools. Furthermore, this chapter discusses how governance structures influence network performance and highlights measurement challenges in evaluating network performance.
