ABSTRACT
In Part 2 of this book, I will present and discuss the verbatim transcripts of several VBTCs that I have had with volunteers over the years that I have been conducting these public conversations. Before I do so, in this chapter, I will present information concerning the issues that people raise when volunteering to have a conversation with me in front of an audience. I will consider the most commonly presented issues and discuss how I tend to conceptualise and address them and the key learnings that I hope that volunteers will take away with them from talking to me about these issues.
