ABSTRACT
This chapter will look in detail at the voice coil, which in some ways is the heart of the motor unit: get it wrong, and the speaker will not function as desired. So we not only look at the materials used for voice coils, but also some of the alternative methods for designing them, so that they do meet our requirements and specifications.
