ABSTRACT

This chapter covers the various types of pulls, folds, and wrinkles that one may encounter when fitting a garment. These break down in the categories of: (1) too snug, (2) too loose, (3) too long, (4) too short, (5) too rounded, and (6) too flat. A garment may have one or more of these issues in different areas. The chapter then gives standard adjustments with which one may address each category of fit challenges, referring to images from later in the book for different garment types. With this information, one may progress to the chapters on specific types of garments
