ABSTRACT
With the increased technology actors deal with due to self-taping and so forth the author see more fearful actors on film and live in auditions than ever before. Stage fright is something every actor has had and that a few actors actively battle on a daily basis, and there is truly a way to think about it differently. Many actors battle it, think about it, talk about it all the time, and thus they give it growing power and can even seem to be ruled by it. Most working actors also keep an audition log or audition calendar. With an audition calendar actors can keep track of when and where their audition and see how many jobs they book and also how often they do an audition for whom. Printing out copy of the audition scene is essential.
