ABSTRACT
Reseach for this book contends that there are ten distinguishing features or attributes common to all Superusers, including curiosity, contextualizers, connectors, communicators, collaborators, capacitors, continual improvers, concentrators, computational thinkers, and coders. These qualities – all starting with the letter C – were observed in individuals who were identified by their leaders as Superusers again and again. Superusers for example continually make connections, between people, tools, and projects, leading from plug-ins to platform-level conversations with their teams. Together, these ten attributes are what distinguish Superusers from more ordinary specialists, and are what make them so sought after by firm and industry leaders.
