ABSTRACT
Ms. Stintson, a special education teacher, enjoyed helping colleagues understand the unique needs of students with whom she worked. Recently, though, she sensed frustration on the part of Ms. Foster, who recently received a new student with an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) in her class.
