This conclusion presents some closing thoughts on the concepts covered in the preceding chapters of this book. The book analyzes the pattern of transition and development China. It explores the gradual way of transition in China the 'wisdom of creative destruction', and investigates the concrete evolution. The book evaluates the Chinese way of gradual transition. It presents the various fundamental judgments on the necessities of a gradual way of transition. It examines the transition pattern is closely related with the complexity and urgency of the surrounding circumstance. The book argues that the characteristics of the Chinese development model and the fact following mechanism of institutional change are a compound type of internal politics and external relations. It shows that the autonomous space lower than county level could be recognized as a certain wisdom for governance. The transition and development in contemporary China has evolved rather compositely because of the restriction on time and space.
