Learning Objective: To give everyone a practical insight into the steps involved in preparing a budget. The purpose of the game is to help to ensure that the budget-setting process is not regarded just as a ‘number crunch’. Instead, it should be a serious attempt to challenge the status quo to achieve better business results.
