ABSTRACT
It is important when trying to change an organization’s culture to remember that this is a slow process and cannot be done overnight. In our experience too many organizations introduce an initiative once and assume that it will be achieved immediately. It is worth remembering that when you learnt to read it was a slow process and needed constant repetition and reinforcement.
