ABSTRACT

Hospital human resources (HR) development is crucial because it provides an excellent HR supply, which is more economical than hiring professional workers directly from another hospital who have retired or job seekers with high-quality specifications and certifications who are ready to work. Hospital HR development activities include: outside training, study visits, academic conferences, internal training, meeting or training in certain divisions or units, specific group activity, government activities, community development, primary health promotion, and customer service. If the hospital then selects HR development by education, the hospital is confronted with different components of cost. The working method of an educational hospital is different because it has its headquarters at a university, which is different from a hospital that constructs its own training and education institution, meaning the hospital is its own headquarters. The social advantages obtained by the hospital and the common people include: Direct advantages, Indirect advantages, External advantages, and Opportunistic advantages.
