• Principle Comment(s) Illustration(s) Symposium Discussion.
The diamond (♦) symbol is used throughout Part II to indicate the beginning and the end (♦ ... ◇) of each key statement of constitutional principle. The principle should be read first, before the comments, illustrations, and symposium discussion that address the statement of constitutional principle in greater depth.
