ABSTRACT
This is unapologetically a book about qualitative coaching research. Executive coaching has now become a true profession and besides the many manuals I believe it is time for a book that gives a thorough overview of the main research results; two books in fact, because this book is about qualitative research results and it will be followed next year by a companion volume on quantitative research results.
