ABSTRACT
‘Dividend Policy’ discusses the dividend policy, factors affecting dividend policy and issues of bonus, stock split and share buyback for shareholders’ interest in corporate. It also analyses the dividend policy of the FMCG sector in India with a focus on dividend trend, bonus issue, stock split and market performance. The corporate cases of power sector companies in India are also discussed, with a focus on dividend trend and earning potential.
