TO ALL ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS. Attached are the revised regulations which have been issued for the control of the collection of native poll tax. Administrative O cers should make themselves thoroughly conversant with these regulations, explain them to the chiefs, and satisfy themselves that the system is being correctly carried out.
