ABSTRACT
The Isaac Taylor letters resume in this volume, and concern relatives who are ready to join the Taylors in America. As the letters record, the voyage in the early 1870s had dropped to a mere ten days and had become much safer, though in this case a boiler explosion killed one person en route.
