ABSTRACT
From Bath Sir Edward went to Bristol. On his way he could not but reflect on the second instance of the great and serious inconvenience he had found from the total inability of using the most familiar weapon of the present day; and he began to think that education was not perfectly fitting for a gentleman, that did not qualify him for exerting himself also as a man on every occasion where it was requisite.
