ABSTRACT
In this book I attempt to outline some ways of teaching writing, based on my own work and that of colleagues in ELT. I will not deal with the teaching of script, as this is a highly specialised area in which I can claim no expertise. If you are particularly concerned with this in your teaching, you will find some references at the end of the book.
