86 87 88 89In this chapter, we consider various aspects of the rules relating to disclosure, including the duty of the prosecution to disclose the evidence on which it intends to rely prior to the trial, the duty of the prosecution to disclose relevant ‘unused’ material to the defence, and the duty of the defence to disclose their case to the prosecution.
