Tuckman Model

The team development model was first published by Dr Bruce Tuckman (1965). He subsequently added the ‘Adjourning’ stage in 1977 in conjunction with Mary-Ann Jensen (Tuckman and Jensen, 1977) to create the model shown in Figure 5.4.
