ABSTRACT
The concluding chapter considers where to from here for museum practice and the future of indigenous authority in museum-held collections. It describes ways in which the indigenous engagement praxis outlined in Chapter 4 can be employed and how this can contribute to the development and maintenance of frameworks of meaningful engagement with indigenous originating communities, out of which new forms of collaborative partnerships with museums may be developed.
