Jung’s primary orientation to the dead

This chapter discusses Jung’s primary orientation to the dead in terms of his references to his No. 1 and No. 2 personalities in both Memories , Dreams, Reflections and The Red Book. Also associations with Elijah and Philemon are introduced and determined to have similar functions for Jung in terms of serving as a foundational component to his personality as well as to his ability to vision.
