Look up the dictionary definition of a hypothesis and you will see it explained as “a proposed explanation made on the basis of limited evidence that requires further action.” The very first action required to turn a hypothesis into a reality is the defining of a strategic framework that spells out exactly what the business stands for and what its purpose is.
