ABSTRACT
This chapter evaluates the diplomatic expenditure of China. The author first explains diplomatic expenditure, which includes regular expense on foreign affairs and international aid. After reviewing China’s diplomatic expenditure in history, the author gives a comparative analysis of expenditures in China’s defense and education. The author concludes that it is essential and urgent to increase China’s diplomatic expenditure.
