The organisation's knowledge and understanding will continue to evolve as organization manager’s strategy and management system evolves. Training needs may also be identified for senior management as well. Granted though, the bigger the organisation the harder this will be to do so investigate tapping into knowledge management arrangements where they exist. Organization manager’s approach to contract management is an area which needs some careful thought and should be considered when prioritising which spend areas to focus their efforts on. The Procurement Governance Model was also set up as a means to deliver in excess of £75 million savings against budget and had full support from senior management. A range of sustainability tools and resources were utilised and developed to further support London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games and its supply chain in the management of risks and opportunities.
